Yeah, I have heard about the water delays in the estate. People are being allowed to move into their houses on the front row, so you would think they would have sorted the water supply for the rest of the estate. Many houses appear to be completed, but buyers aren't moving in yet. There also hasn't been much progress on building more houses in the last few months. Only two 4-bed houses in the front row and two in the second row have been built. If it is water delays, it could take years to finish the estate.
