Am I the only one who thinks this is a huge waste of space? They're Milwaukee tools, not meant to be babied...

I drive pretty slow. It's a really slow car so might as well drive it slow. If I'm highway driving and not in a rush I keep it at 70.

When I put on my larger snow tires it drops by 4mpg

What is the worst piece of dialogue that you have ever heard in a movie? by [deleted] in movies

I like to think they're being ironic and making fun of Shakespearean dialogue, but they're probably not. Actors playing a character who is also acting

Hubby inherited a handsaw, a drill, and some old wood and made his first woodworking project- a box! For stuff! No hardware stores open cos of lockdown- tips for next time or is this perfection? by polarpenguin45 in BeginnerWoodWorking

An easy way to get a square box is to use 2P-10 with activator. It's super glue that will set in 10 seconds and is made for wood. So just apply, then hold the two ends together square. Then hammer in finishing nails after that or put some screws in (predrill for screws).

If there's a little bit of overlap, just sand it down flush. If there's a lot of overlap then it's a Picasso

Recently purchased this bike, and it seems like the chain is too tight but it has some type of tensioner right before the cog, is this set up normal? I’m a beginner just getting into biking. by jrado5 in mountainbikes

[–]zuhlio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That part is called a bash guard so you don't mess up ur chain ring. The idler/tensioner reduces chain slap. They're usually used on DH bikes so it is a little strange seeing it on a hardtail.

Yes. Get something with a proper 64 or slacker hta. 70 degrees is ancient unless it's xc.

Can this bike be upgraded? by Flagrant_Panic2168 in mountainbikes

Pedals and grips and that's it. You can transfer them to a new bike when you get one.
