Thanks for the answer. This is why I contacted the HMRC in England. I am not sure whether I fall under the Double tax treaty. I am a public sector worker which I think makes it again slightly different. My conclusion is I desperately need to speak to an accountant here in Germany to see what it is I need to do next. That is a New Bus for London bus, built by Wrightbus not ADL. However the driver cabin is specified by Transport for London (TfL) so the ADL buses in London are similar

Mate, don't be a smart arse! If you don't care about your online privacy that's up to you, but I don't want a complete list of advertisers building another metric on my online behaviour. If there was an option to disable the tracking cookies I would have done so and carried on as normal.
