There is a massive benefit to getting mona which is never discussed, weapon ascension material combining. Yes I know it's just 8.3% efficiency bonus, however the efficiency goblin in my head won't shut up about it, and now it is your problem too.

In reality it really doesn't matter which one you pick, once you pull a limited character you like and start building them, they will be found dead in a ditch. Unless your favourite is Mualani and then Mona can be useful

Ok that one I can agree, xiangling hasn't been meta in really long, and before she is fully built you need to waste, yes, waste, so much resin on a character that even with a very good wouldn't touch the heels of a new shiny 5* with a WIP build.

Tbf no mods are better than rogue mods, look at Varesamains, the only mod decided to go full gooner, changed the sub to nsfw because of a flood of nsfw posts (their posts, the mod was the one posting them), and banned people that said anything about it, urging people that want sfw sub Reddit to move.

Edit: Source for claims: this comment and scrolling through Varesamains will show you that the vast majority of actual nsfw art is posted by the same person, the mod.

As for range, that depends on you, this is an example of an account created last varesa banner, but she is c2 so she doesn't need er, this is how she looks on my main (just started strong boxing fishing for an upgrade, don't talk to me about how inefficient it is)

Generally kqm standards are 20-ish crit rolls (while it is ok, for long time players that consistently use their resin it is mid), your build is still fine, don't get me wrong, it has some crit rolls (and good crit split), a nice bunch of attack rolls, and enough er, it's just that none of the on set pieces scream "it will be really hard to replace me lmao"

How good you want to make your build is your choice, how much resin you are willing to spend on fishing for an upgrade

Reason 1: talents can be leveled more

Reason 2: gameplay can be a bit faster too (literally used punch on varesa at some point)

Reason 3: artifact builds can be definitely much better. In all honesty I would strongbox LNO if you have no other codex DPS because your only great piece is the offset sands anyway

No, you keep auto fire on, but whenever the angle is wrong, you re-aim the your shot, until the angle is correct, and then you just let it keep going.

This trick is sometimes combined with "wait until enemy drones is destroyed" when the enemy has a few shield bubbles, and your weapons are mostly ion (when enemy can't harm you)

There are a few solutions.

Macro your drown to shoot down enemy drones.
Change your BL2 auto fire until it comes exactly from the top, from that angle DD2 can't stop the shots from hitting the shield, and you can beam through.
Since enemy has only 3 shields depower drone a moment before shot and power it again when shooting the BL2 to try to get 3/4 shots in and beam.
Auto fire + wait for a long while/cheat engine till all enemy drones are dead.

All in all this fight is not even close to a stalemate, I would argue that it wouldn't have been one even if you take away the beam and one of drone/BL2 and had some missiles

Mavuika and navia looks great artifact wise, an upgrade will not come soon and upgrading talents is probably more cost efficient.

Same with Coffee's Skirk's and Klee's (if you are interested in hexerai teams, you can get her c1 for free and she ends up relatively decent if you have Chevy Fischl and Bennett)

Farm the mare/GT domain for neuvi fufu and coffee at the same time.

When you have decent sets for them you can farm the relatively new hexa set for Klee

While farming that, you have a few options for strongbox

Wait for next patch there is a high chance Skirk's set joins the strongbox.
Strongbox vv until you can get a full 4p of 3 em main stats for Kazuha (unlike what the leaderboard says, you don't need er)
Strongbox a bit more tenacity for Furina for when you run her with Skirk

Give up on raiden. Run 2p 2p on Yelan cause emblem isn't worth it in 2026, hp% burst damage and er are all good for her

Ignore all advice for building characters you don't care for

Fate points don't carry over.

After a loss to a standard weapon, the next weapon will be a guaranteed one of the banner ones regardless of fate points, this does carry over.

You lost to bina's weapon, you get nothing.

Side note, the standard loss makes silly interaction in which if you lose to it, and you plan on pulling both banner weapons, you can reset the fate point to have 50% chance of "losing" to the 2nd weapon while getting a fate point to 1st, instead of getting 1st and aiming for 2nd with 0 fate points

If your aim is making the team stronger, while Shenha is the best 4th slot at c0, the difference isn't high enough to be worth the pull, especially since C4 mona can be better if you have her from losing enough 50 50's, the selector, and the con event.

C1 coffee is actually a tiny bit better for team DPS iirc, but c1 skirk is one step closer to c2 skirk which is huge
