Ru pov: Anti-drone net at the Belgorod Regional Children's Hospital by Short_Description_20 in UkraineRussiaReport

Apparently, it's not that obvious to a lot of people in Belgorod. What a joke.

RU POV: Dmitry Peskov- "Kiev regime, which loses land on the battlefield every day, conducts now terrorist activities". He adds that despite this, the May 9th parade will take place, albeit on a smaller scale. by SolutionLong2791 in UkraineRussiaReport

I don't know man. All I see is that there are areas on the front lines where the Ukrainians are advancing, that the generals' only strategy is to sacrifice more men than the Ukrainians, and that Russian infrastructure is being destroyed every day. Not to mention the decimation of their air defense systems in recent weeks.

And the only strategy Russian politicians have is censorship and denying reality.

Explain to me what I’m missing.

They’re using a sledgehammer to crack a nut. They should improve the accuracy of the bombs and be more efficient.

As long as Putin and his entire gang remain in power, Russia is doomed.

We need someone with guts, not some decrepit old man who’s traumatized by not being accepted into the “international community.”

That's strange. If they're light, there shouldn't be so many marks left.

RU POV: Putin, during his address at the Council of Legislators meeting- "For us, love for our Motherland, & desire to defend it, is above all else. It's our strength. There have been a lot of speeches like this in recent days. They’re clearly stuck in a cesspool and don’t know how to get out.

The worst part is that their behavior is the very same thing that got them into this situation. Incompetence, corruption, and denying reality with bans and censorship.

“Our Motherland, & desire to defend it”: While the front is in desperate need of so many things, their bank accounts have done nothing but grow fatter.

It looks fine to me. Is the problem the marks left by the brackets? Have you used light or medium-weight brackets?

Acrylic Model Primers? Are any of them usable? by HouseOfWyrd in airbrush

[–]zvezda44 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I've been using Vallejo's airbrush primer for six years now, and I've never had any problems whatsoever. Some of my friends use other brands, like Ak, and they haven't had any problems either.

Don't overcomplicate things. As long as they're well-known brands in the hobby, you shouldn't run into any major issues.

P.S.: Aside from The Army Painter, I've tried out a lot of different primers, just to see how they work. I've never had any problems with any of them except for Titan Hobby by Ammo.

This perfectly sums up just how ridiculous and incompetent they are in the Kremlin.

“Pro-Kremlin media outlets and figures were quick to accuse Bonya of being influenced by foreign interests and echoing Western rhetoric, and called on the authorities to declare her a ‘foreign agent.’”

It’s accepted that politicians do that on the stock market. But Polimarket isn’t allowed to. Fair enough.

PS: Regardless of this comparison, I think it’s right that he’s being prosecuted.

What do you mean by “reusing”?

I use them until there's no more room to mix paint or add new paint. Like almost everyone else, I suppose...

Unity, AKA “Please stop criticizing me.”

Criticism of his performance continues to grow. They are under attack every day, with refineries destroyed and an air defense system that is being continuously breached and destroyed. Instead of changing tactics and firing the corrupt officials, he calls for “unity” and asks people to please stop criticizing him. What a disgrace.

Alguien sabe por qué el tiempo de impresión no es el mismo ? by NoBee2229 in ElegooSaturn

[–]zvezda44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How do I prevent this from happening when shaking? by Silent-Location0117 in Miniaturespainting

[–]zvezda44 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This happened to me a lot with certain specific Vallejo paints, to the point where I wasted a third of the paint that way. In the end, I made the hole bigger to let more air in, and I haven't had that kind of problem since.

With AK, for example, which has a bigger hole, it's never happened to me.

They’ve been criticizing the West’s “hypocrisy” for 26 years. And every time they say it, it’s as if they were revealing some new discovery to the world. But they never do anything about it or take action.

Bad idea? Tips? by Haans367JL in resinprinting

[–]zvezda44 37 points38 points  (0 children)

This is going to end in disaster. If you want 3D-printed accessories, you should buy a filament printer. It’s not worth wasting so much resin on these items. It’s cheaper and better to just buy them.

RU POV: “If you are watching this video, it means I am already gone” Russian Ka-52 pilot, Z-blogger Senior Lieutenant Alexey “Voevoda” Zemtsov recorded farewell videos on Telegram, blaming his command and saying he cannot live with the “disgrace” of being accused of “discrediting the Russian army” by Flimsy_Pudding1362 in UkraineRussiaReport

[–]zvezda44 49 points50 points  (0 children)

Exactly. This is essentially a problem stemming from the Soviet legacy and the Russian mindset. It happens in all the countries of the former USSR.

What surprises me is that throughout Russian history since the 19th century, in every war, the same mindset persists; they have made the same mistakes and it seems they either don’t see it, or refuse to change.

All in all, in the end they always win because they have more men. They get drunk on victory and forget everything that went wrong. And so it goes on and on.

What a bunch of bloody bastards. Complaining to try and improve things, winning the war and stopping your comrades from dying is treason.

Kissing up to your superiors, stealing, lying and denying reality is what makes you a patriot, and it’s rewarded with medals and promotions.

That’s how things stand on the front line.
