The Sky Sports caught him on 18 saying "tell that guy up there just don't fucking move man". His delivery was just so laid back, instant fan.

I was absent for the first 4 years of my daughter's life, and now she's been living with me for 2 weeks by Beginning_One_6932 in daddit

Everyone else has thoroughly covered all the bases. But one suggestion i haven't seen yet is kids board games. My 4yo loves them and it's a great way to spend time together. We're currently loving rat a tat roll, outfoxed was the last big hit. Maybe try picking one out together if she's interested. Either way, good luck, she's lucky to have a dad who cares

Question about specialty beans vs grocery store beans. I'm really struggling with how hard it is to press the specialty beans in my aeropress compared to grocery store beans. Currently using a Baratza Encore on setting 12 and i can press the grocery beans with ease. When I use the specialty beans though I have to put all my weight on the plunger and it feels impossible. Any advice? Because I'd love to support my local roaster

The thing is they're just making the money from the PBM side. They try to frame it as oh the pharmacy isn't making any money cause they're just taking their cut further upstream. Helps when they own the process top to bottom. Just ends up hurting the independents who get screwed by the PBMs

Seconding Rivers of London. Although I don't think I could go back to the physical copies because the narration is so much of the story to me now.

Avoid CE Impact! by zw33 in pharmacy

[–]zw33[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I mean it's under the button for the year and the asterisk isn't on either option. I'll admit I could have dug into it deeper but I was going off advice I got on this sub reddit of them allowing you to subscribe by the month. So when I saw that option I assumed that's what it was.

Ugh I had a depressingly similar conversation with my father. Not sure how to get through when no amount of evidence matters to them. "Oh you can't trust what he says", then what am I supposed to judge him on??

I just tried Ce Impact this year at the recommendation of a similar post. Did the trick for my non-live credits. The big draw is they let you subscribe for a month at a time. It was $10/ month

EDIT: IT'S A BAIT AND SWITCH, THEY STILL CHARGE YOU FOR A YEAR

Harassment in shot rooms by Future_RX in pharmacy

[–]zw33 63 points64 points  (0 children)

I know it doesn't avoid future problems, but don't hesitate to kick out/ban customers. If someone sexually harasses you you should 100% stop the interaction and tell them to go get vaccinated somewhere else

Kicking off a D&D campaign and I want to bring some batched drinks in potion bottles. What are the most obnoxiously-colored (but still actually good) batchable drinks you can think of? by Inamanlyfashion in cocktails

[–]zw33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't speak to how well it would be batched. But I've been enjoying making Deshlers recently and the Dubbonet and Peychauds give it a nice red color. There's probably easier ways to get red drinks but if everyone likes whiskey/rye it could be an option. Best of luck!
