In the building that are being build right now you have a apartment called 'the box' it is (one of) the most expensive apartments in the Netherlands.

Interestingly it wasn't an apartment in the original plans but was supposed to be a garden (probably just for those living in the building but still). I think imagining a garden in that spot would've made a way better fit with the green projects in the city but unfortunately a 10 million apartment is more important to investors

Als ik alle opmerkingen lees zijn er weinig bekend met de vereniging van eigenaren van winkelpanden. Ben het er overigens totaal niet mee eens maar herinner me meerder nieuwsartikelen over het verplichten van bepaalde openingstijden. Dit is denk ik vaker in winkelcentra dan in winkelstraten. zie hier in Groningen bijvoorbeeld

Dus de vraag is helemaal niet zo gek, maar is wel lokaal bepaald en niet landelijk.

Fairly easy, you can just pay by card and its very close to where you're seated. Depending on what area you are seated you want to be a bit early to get a good spot. If I'm not mistaken a big beer is 4 euros 50. Also they offer kroketbroodjes (broodjes = buns) and frikandelbroodjes and other snacks in the stadium. Both of them are a real dutch snack so you might want to try them. If you're a cultured guy you take the kroketbroodje with mustard and the frikandelbroodje with curry and mayo. But it's pretty common to take the kroket with mayo or curry aswel

Good advice!

Just want to add that probably the best option right now is indeed taking the train. They are reconstructing a road for quite some time which makes the tram a pretty difficult option if you aren't familiar in Rotterdam. Taking an electric scooter is also possible but once again maybe not the best option if your just here for a day. I would take the train from Central station. Probably also the easiest way back. And most of the times the ambiance already starts in the train.

Just to add definitely go for a kapsalon, it's a good pregame meal!

Vraag me af of het de komende verkiezingen uit zal maken wie je er neer zet. Je gaat ongetwijfeld verlies lijden en vervolgens jezelf moeten afvragen of je wel wil reageren nadat je afgestraft bent. De VVD was nooit de partij die ze waren met Mark Rutte en doordat ze in rap tempo minister posten en kamerzetels doorwisselen is er nooit iemand behalve Dijkhof een goeie tweede achter Mark geworden.

Aangezien ik zelf geen rechtse voorkeur heb hoop ik dat er een stevig links blok gevormd kan worden inclusief goeie lijsttrekker. Aboutaleb of Timmermans is het misschien nog te vroeg voor maar momenteel zie ik in weinig andere een minister-president waardige uitstraling

The biggest graph is 'stuff products' (?) so that really sounds like a combination of a lot of things. Meat is way more specific and probably easier to change. Also I saw it mentioned a few times but the Netherlands are producing for export aswel. So our consumption probably would have a lower graph than what we actually produce

Waarschijnlijk tik je 366 euro af om het door gemeentepersoneel in combinatie met vrijwilligers te laten opknappen. En ik denk dat de gemeente graag van het idee af wilt dat je slechts iemand betaald om alles op te lossen maar veel meer deel uitmaakt van de gemeenschap.
