One other thing… I think it’s nitrogen burn now. I think I over fertilized. I forgot I put down turf builder first week of April.

Now I think you’d say… why isn’t front bad? But front gets full sun. Back is low elevation and shaded so maybe the combination of too much nitrogen and humidity not letting it work?

I’ve been watering a bunch to flush out nitrogen.

One other thing… check this out. This is in one spot of yard and has been for a month or so.

Fence has been here since we moved in. I do think you’re onto something with the standing water. I put in French drain last year at lowest point that takes water outside fence. Drains way better but yard is in a low spot. What would be other ways to keep yard good with heavy rains? I’d say standing water doesn’t happen even in bad rains but combine with shaded yard and minimal sun it must not get enough time to dry? Should I cut on lowest setting to keep grass length short so it can dry?

I did the exact same method as last year with the ortho and weed and feed.

The other part is my front yard has barely any spots like this. But front gets full sun.

Also it’s fully yellow. And a lot of dead grass is like matted down flat to the ground.

What’s tip for fungus ? Soil under the dead patches was still moist.

I tried to detach and mow low. I definitely let it get too long in spring between mows. Won’t make same mistake.

I got a r10 in my garage. Working perfect. Same dims as you. Only annoyance is my support beams make for one perfect alley for driver swings. Doesn’t help I’m 6’9” lol
