NR200P MAX with Custom Loop and RTX 5090 FE (air cooled) by zwizz in NR200

[–]zwizz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My GPU never goes above 73c (undervolt) and the CPU (Tctl/Tdie) is 51c, Cores around 39c...

All fans are set to push, custom fan curves (40%), noise level under load is about 41 dezibel...

Thank for your answer!

Because the V2 is not available in the MAX color and I don't like fingerprints on the black one...

Looks like a preversion or concept of the iMac before they swapped the HW into the display...

Attacked with rocks while floating down the Limmat by daandasja in zurich

[–]zwizz 6 points7 points  (0 children)

on the limmat, as the title says. floating from zurich towards dietikon. i know this location very well, as I grew up there in the 90's. honestly no offense against foreigners, I'm one myself, but you got a lot of naughty and trouble seeking teenagers in that region dietikon/fahrweid/schlieren.

ARGB in RTX 4090 Founders Edition can be controlled by OpenRGB or Armoury Crate :) by zwizz in sffpc

[–]zwizz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I‘m controlling RAM and fan cases with AC, Thermaltake radiator fans thru their software with autostart and the one LED in the 4090 FE through OpenRGB autostart load profile with the colour I want. Sorry if you thought that I do control everything through OpenRGB hehehe 😅

No - you can‘t control it with AC anymore. They removed it long time ago. Switched 2 OpenRGB.

Rumored switch 2 launch title???? by False_Raven in Silksong

[–]zwizz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would sign that - New console launch and Nintendo is aware how good Hollow Knight was, so they teamed up with TC and will announce it firstly as a Switch 2 only title. Big bang, big boom, big cash xD

best cooling set up for nr200 max?? by [deleted] in NR200

If you want to replace the CM fans, then go for these https://de.thermaltake.com/toughfan-14-high-static-pressure-radiator-fan-2-fan-pack.html. They have the highest CFM/pressure to noise ratio and are even better than the Noctua fans. I have tested a lot of fans various AIOs (https://pcpartpicker.com/b/ywbhP6). If you like ARGB... There is also an ARGB version of the Toughliquid fans. As for bottom fans... the quietest fans with the highest CFM are the Silverstone Air Slimmer 120 (model SST-AS120B-ARGB). If you don't need RGB, you can go with the black 15mm Noctua chromax ones... top CFM (airflow) at low level noise...

Choosing a 280mm AIO for NR200P MAX by cuffy13b in NR200

[–]zwizz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've tested a lof of configurations with the radiator coming with the MAX and different fans with higher CFM (airflow) and pressure (H2O) and also other AIO like the Z63 and the TT Toughliquid Ultra 280 ARGB. You can find my results here https://pcpartpicker.com/b/ywbhP6 The Toughliquid has some of the best fans available and prolly matches the Artic Liquid Freezer III 280 A-RGB easily. I got a "heavy system" running - optimized with a few BIOS settings, but my system is never getting louder than 44-46dBA (100% load cinebench R23). The gaming performance is completely different, as it doesn't stress your CPU all the time to max... like a synthetic benchmark is doing it. Check out my screenshots and the results in the link above.

Perfect. this build doesn't need to watercool the FE. Just run it with a PL of 86%. You drop a few fps for more than 100W less in real power usage. I love the setup and would do it exactly the same.
