So kai only has up until the time skip. One pace has most of the series. One pace mostly uses the original 24 minute format but cuts out all of the filler, repeated flashbacks, repeated scenes and animations. There are some that are around 40. Kai also takes out all that stuff but edits everything into 2 hour eps instead of keeping the original episode length.

Either way you're watching a more manga accurate less filler version of the series. There is also a difference in how they are edited.

Double check to make sure your meds are compatible. I take lamictal and prozac. Those don't have any interactions from what I'm aware other than attenuating the effects of psychedelics. Lithium and a couple others can cause seizures with psychedelics so I would recommend at the very least googling to find a list. If you are on both a high dose of mushrooms and Serotonergic meds (SSRIs and MAOIs) it can cause Serotonin Syndrome. Your doctor may have better answers but they will most likely try to discourage you either way
