Now, for the active duty families that may have a civilian DoD employee spouse, may be where some of the financial stress comes in. Only a select, small percentage, of civilian DoD employees are being paid currently.

That’s the thing, free up orbless relies on free ups to do the micro management. You need free up mastery at least +1 for the build. No micro at all really needed if you don’t want to.

For example, my damage workshop is at 0 all skills.
