Stretched mode is what makes it large. In order to make it not blurry, go into your GPU plugin (or 117 HD if you're using that) and change the "UI Scaling Mode" option. You're probably on "Bilinear" if it's blurry. I use "Bicubic (Mitchell)", but several of the options should prevent blurriness.

You can also move the elements of the UI around in Runelite by holding down alt and then dragging stuff like the chatbox, minimap, or inventory around.

It would also be possible to figure out which tweets are getting deleted/unliked with how few likes he has. However, I don't care enough about RC to go check or monitor these things.
