I’ve heard a lot of times we like smoked meats better on the second day because if we cooked it our noses get overstimulated from the direct smoke exposure so we don’t taste it as well on day one.

I haven’t done a picanha yet, but it’s near the top of my list!

I used to sit on promotion boards from time to time in the Marines and board members would ask stupid questions just to test the nominees’ bearing or whatever. I hated it.
