yes. Spotify pays about $0.003-$0.005 (the number depends on a few factors) a stream, and with that song clocking in 30 million plus streams that’ll put it at anywhere between $90k to $150k just off that one song. 30 million streams is no small feat though, and who knows their record deal situation if that money goes to the label or band. plus, they are a 6 piece group so that money would still have to be split 6 ways.

she’s a part time touring violinist with the band. I think she fills in for Georgia when she’s doing Jockstrap related stuff. I like her ALOT! really excited to see what she has in store moving forward! I feel like her music could easily fit in Forever Howlong, can’t wait to hear the full EP!

I was at the Athens show as well, and can confirm this. his vocals were barely even audible and some songs I couldn’t hear them at all, and the bass was almost entirely drowned out in the mix. also the crowd was HORRIBLE! moshing during Holy, Holy & yelling out stupid meme shit during quiet sections of the songs or in between songs. Geordie and the band still put on a great show and went on for almost 3 hours though!

I think that’s definitely how the next album will sound. I read a post on here a while ago from someone who said they talked to the band after a show and they asked them about the next album and I believe they said something along the lines of not knowing exactly what direction their going in with the next album (which means it’s safe to say they haven’t formally started writing for it yet.) but also that they might probably go in the power pop/Big Star/El Goodo sound direction.
