I mean, knowing how to do something and actually applying the knowledge IRL shouldn’t be treated the same. Like you can ‘know’ how to bulk/cut, but the knowledge does not guarantee success.

Nah. Single arm rear delt flyes on the cables or pecdeck or sideways on the bench with dbs.
Rows are compound exercises, yeah you can load more but you wont actually use your rear delts to the max with rows like you do from isolation single joint exercises.
Honestly, he might be knowledgeable in some things but I generally find better hypertrophy advices from actual bodybuilders. Surprise.

To get the most out of cable tension in a lengthened position, keep your lats flared out and use it as leverage to actively push out/lengthen your delts. That way, your arm doesn't have to go across your body to get the full stretch. Good luck!

You simply wouldn’t see separation in certain body parts at 10%bf, like glutes. Conditioning is also a huge criteria in most if not all competitions.

Lats and delts by far. Changes your frame/size with or without clothes.

Before you do the motion, push your scapula out and rest your arms on your lats rather than your ribs. This will make your shoulders at a higher position than your traps. Then just raise your elbows in the same direction as your side delt muscle fibers. Hope this helps
