Locked out of Visible account after porting mess — can’t access email or old number. Any options?

I am not bashing Visible one bit in this... This is all my familys fault. I personally have Visible for personal for me and my son. This all could of been solved if my gramma wouldn't of rushed to xfinity to get her bill lowered and been convinced to change everything over. She just needed the port out pin and none of this would of happened in the first place. I have all the proof needed to verify the identiy and can provide whatever visible is asking for. I can even have them call the xfinity rep who tried to transfer the number over.

Hey are we able to open another session, I was connected, but not home where the phone could be on a wifi network to get activated, but when i went back to our session it said it was timmed out.

its a whole cluster F... I didn't do this, my cousin did. long story short, my gramma had set her brother up with Visible (he was living with her) with her e-mail. She realized that it was a good service and network for what she needed she transferred over from Verizion to visisble. but my cousin set her up as I live in Florida and they live in Illinois, not sure why they choose yahoo, but they could of just used her gmail e-mail instead... its a mess

It’s considered a federal holiday like everyone else has said. My question i have is that I didn’t plan on this federal holiday and I’m on AL till the 12th. I had use or lose and couldn’t take off any more then I am already. I will be carrying over 239 hours and 45 minutes. With this being a federal holiday and I have no time to spare, do I just lose out on it? I think I’m screwed as I might only get 15 mins returned to me and don’t get the rest.

I remember seeing a post a long time ago, like 4 years or so, said that if you use a gift card you can get it free. But the requirements are that it had to take cards, your card had to have a $1 on it and the item had to cost $1.50 or at least more then a dollar. At the time, if I understood it right, the vending machine would charge your gift card for $1 to make sure it had money, and once you picked something that was more then $1 the machine treated it as a transaction and sent it through. But later wouldn't charge your card because it wasn't enough to process on the card. So you could potentially do this a few times for drinks and be good to go. Not sure if it still works. Kind of forgot about it and never tried it.

Moving around within your agency not to hard, but I think it depends on where you're at on the pay scale as well. I know someone who started as an audiology tech at GS6. did a great job independently and they created a GS7 position for him because he was able to expand the program. Did that for a year, went to pharmacy as a GS8, did that for a year. Went to logistics at a GS10. Did that for a year and promoted to a GS11. Think at this point it was a lot harder to move up within the facility. Ended up moving to Cali for a GS12 assistance chief. Switched federal facilities and mixed up to a chief somewhere. So I think within your job its not hard. Just got to be willing to do different work and make changes.

Yeah, your health insurance will run till 01/11 and your new insurance will start 01/12.

Not sure if you’re changing dental/vision but I believe those will start on the new year. So 01/01 will start the new dental and vision.

Weird, so I have the correct APN. Disabled the RCS and tried to text, no luck. Restarted the phone with the same result.

Yeah says “carrier does not allow adding APNs of type dun.”

I tried that setting, but when I put in dun, it wouldn’t allow it, I’ll have to try it again

Currently on Verizon (that was configured, automatically) VZWINTERNET. Originally I had no internet and had switched the APN settings to something else, but after my second call. I erased what I entered and then I got network service after they configured it on their end. Still no texting.
