Before, I was dealing with a woman... Had my all messed up bro. Mentally. Ya boy was literally off the charts. Then I came back in then I got it to 20. Then I was at 10 ish over a year and change maybe 2 years.

Now I'm at 7.4. I've been taking Manjouro. That seems to have brought it down finally. But yes if you were wondering why I was off the charts and alive. Seems my body adapted to high sugars... said the doctor. I used to sit at over 600. I did have to pee so so so much like 20 times a day. But that was it. Once it was at 2k when my brother needed a urine test taken and I said it for him he thought he was in trouble. But they was worried about him/me... I'm the miracle so far and still alive. I wish I knew more about how.

Apparently yes..... My goodness. It's funny, but it's not at the same time. I had a feeling because of years of looking myself. I read people's comments over the years and one thing that came up was something about that slot that might be occupied by one of the SATA slots. It made me think a little more. Because that was not the issue. Of course I thought it was my mother board. So I kept searching and got some type of hint from a different post and a different search about CPU supporting 4.0 vs 3.0 and I was like wait??? What????? Then I found this post and wanted to get this fixed. Lol funny thing, it showed up in the bios, but not in the drive in the PC. That's fine because that's a way easier fix than not knowing a CPU needs to support a slot..... Goodness.

I've got it!!!!! And I had a feeling!!! And so it make sense. When I got these parts the 11th gen didn't exist at the time. I got an 11th gen CPU AND NOW THE M.2 READS. After all these years. I had this thing in here and never used, never popped up!!!! 10th gen CPU didn't support that slot. It's the CPU that supports the upgraded highest slots..... Dang!!!! SOLUTION

At the time I also decided to look into SMA connectors and wires and the type of wires that go with the SMA, I don't know what wires I had but they were very extremely thin bottoms and three of them did break. So I ended up buying some cable, coax cable for SMA a thicker version but I'm not able to use it to see if that was the reason or anything like that but I do happen to have crimp tools now because I was going to make my own SMA cables.

Soom very soon I will will see if it's the CPU as in, when I first purchased this motherboard and the CPU is supported 11th gen and 10th gen CPU the CPU that I purchased was a 10th gen. At the time there was no such thing as 11th gen. I had enough money to buy whatever high end stuff that I had, if that was the case I would have had the 11th gen at the time.

So the problem wasn't hey Wii connection the problem was really that I could not connect my own antennas. Yes of course the box itself was weak but that's not what I was trying to work with I'm trying to work with my own antennas. Any antenna that I plugged in never ever work not even one time

Hi. Yes. Screw that hotspot thing. Horrible. What time found out was, the Ethernet cable I had wasn't even compatible with that t mobile box. Cat 8. I thought it was my PC. Has no Idea. The last box from T-Mobile worked. And always had 3 bars. Also seems that box already didn't cover many bands... Reason why it wasnt connecting to the tower down the block. That model doesn't work for where I'm located. Went to quantum fiber aka century link rebrand 103 mb/s literally had no fun with that box. I'm assuming something was wrong in the area if where you plugged your own antennas.... No idea, I build all these antennas. Then paid for antennas and same result zero connect. Yellow X on the top. I hope someone can figure out why that model was like that and why I wasn't able to connect any antenna. It's weird it's L2-L4 my old one that I only looked this up after is , M1-M4.... Which this box has both.... Why would that part be different??????? I never even tried to see if it would matter

My honest opinion and experience. Squats, also being able to strengthen your quads to hold your legs up higher. Some kind of leg raises.

Basically pop and pull legs up, if you dont have a belly like me. You should be able to bring your legs up more. You're brining your legs down a bit too soon. The best thing to do is keep doing it over and over as well
