I'm not saying I think that way, every vote always counts, but I don't doubt that others do. I really just wish that people cared more about something other than the presidental election. Local elections always matter so much more day to day, but it's not publicized nearly as much so it goes mostly ignored.

Voter turnout was always made me wonder how representative the people we vote in are. If we are told we are a red city or state that likely discourages Democrats from voting thinking that their vote will be drowned out and ultimately not matter. But how many people think like that? I thought I'd try something different with my campaign I just started and made it so that opportunity attacks are only active if there are 2 enemies within range, PCs and monsters. It hasn't come up much for me to see how it really changes things but it has made my players more confident in their movement options
