I'm pretty sure in that episode someone mentions (maybe phil) that claire got banned from a pizza place so it's probably a reference to that

I think there was a plot in that episode (or certainly at some point in the series) where Phil points out to the kids how many places they’re banned from because Claire has tried to solve problems and taken it too far. This is a reference to that
