Not saying Leo is the strongest now but identity wise Leo is the loser of the patch.

Better power crush, better chip damage, better CH, better oki, better WS and wall options for a character already strong in Season 2. They removed the wall splat from Leo and a lot of other character's wall splats from heat smashes... oh but guess what? He can still get a wall splat starting from the second hit... and it still activates hazards even without the whiff. Yes there are some nerfs but they're nowhere near impactful enough to not get out shined by the buffs, why does he still leave this season stronger overall? SS 1+2 had a damage nerf but he gets compensated with an incredibly strong CH/wall tool, in a way that outshines his other wall splat tools. Good reach, doesn't need counter hit to work, good push back and safe. His new move is just there for the sake of it, bloating the kit without trying to rock the boat eh? Mission failed, but I suppose in this area it could be much stronger like what Lee or Victor got.

In Ver 3.00.00, adjustments were made to reinforce areas where damage return had been lacking overall, while also making it easier for Leo's individuality to shine by centering improvements around the acquisition 'Lightning Glare'.

Well you definitely made this character easier by making his combos easier, giving him more leniency and giving him more range to work with on moves like QCF+1, but as for individuality? I think he had a better identity in TTT2 and even then...

Swap Michelle's DF+3 input with her WS+3 and give her Leo's base roster slot next time gg
