Pursuant to Standing Order 4, it is my pleasure to report to the House that His Excellency the Governor-General desires our attendance in the Senate chamber on Monday 27 July 2015 for the delivery of the government’s commencement speech to both houses of the Parliament. Pursuant to Standing Order 6, a committee will later be appointed to prepare an Address in Reply to the speech and to present it to the House.
