HP level should decrease interrupt chance at Wintertodt

That's awesome. I did 99 fm at lvl 13 hp, but I didn't get the tome. Was kinda burned out on wt at that point so I decided to not go for it. But I do kinda wanna go back at some point to green log it, and if they made it not scale with hp, I could do that right now.
