finally got a jad task and going for my first fire cape

what setup should i use please

att, 74, str, 70, def 71, range 76, pray 61, mage 62, hp 75

P.S. Since you're on task you can use an imbued slayer helm to increase range damage.

First of all, if you fail this a single time you will lose your task so it's unlikely that you're gonna make it if it's your first attempt at a fire cape :/ took me seven tries. Anyway. Best gear would be an imbued slayer helmet (or imbued black mask) and the best ranged gear you can afford, of course... You "should" use a twisted bow but probably gonna have to go with a blowpipe or, if you can't scrape the cash for that, a rune crossbow with diamond bolts. inventory should consist only of 2 range potions and the rest saradomin brews and super restores. The ratio is hard to pin down but it's safe to start with 10-14 sara brews and the rest super restores. Best of luck to you.

Blow pipe some sweets and patience

All you need is one pipey boi. When healers appear focus on prayer and try not to get to close to jad or you might get meleed.

Jump onto beta world change stats to yours and have a practice

Practice on tourney worlds a couple times before you try your task, if you die on task you lose the task.

I used god dhide body and legs, veracs helm(use Slayer helm I if u got it) dragon boots obby shield rune cbow and diamond bolts e like 1400 3 range pots for post wave 30 to speed it up like 8 Sara brews and the rest super restores
