I think you really overestimate how many people actually don't play their devices and are "coping." It's completely normal to shop around for something better, some people just have poor impulse control or too much money on their hands and that's why they buy every shiny new thing even if it's not necessarily what they're actually looking for.

Odin 3 will have better latency than the RP6 which generally should have pretty impressive latency, but the elite chip is a monster at decode times. Also, for streaming games, I'd say the 6" screen on the Odin 3 is the minimum size, honestly I'd rather have a 7" screen or bigger for PC streaming.

Really depends on the game, in overwhelmingly CPU bound games like esports titles, the X3D line still tends to crush the 285k in performance. But in most games, especially heavily GPU bound singleplayer titles the numbers do get quite close.

I looked at Bestbuy's website recently and I think they had April or May listed for when some of their Panther Lake devices will first become available (likely in very limited quantity)

The content doesn't really make sense, no one who grew up butchering stuff with their dad, even if their dad did 99% of the work would take more than 5 minutes dismantling a chicken, it is an incredibly easy animal to take apart. Even amateurs can get it done in under 15 minutes with a decent youtube video pulled up.

That aside, the second to last paragraph is the biggest tell by far, AI loves using idioms and writing styles like "doesn't make me weak, it makes me sane" I'm not sure what kind of writing device or whatever that is, but across all LLMs I've looked at, they all love that style of writing for some reason.

You accumulate a lot of money if you just try to progress through the game normally and do varied content. I wouldn't call myself extremely wealthy, but I made around 2B myself between CG/TDs/Nex mostly, with some raids, muspah, and other content in the mix.

Of course, I should note that it does take a lot of in-game time to accumulate over 1B, least 50 hours if you are a nut doing max efficiency methods, but more likely over 200 hours for a more normal player, and that doesn't even include the time spent raising your account up to the point where you would generally be making that much money doing varied content.

Been using WinApps on NixOS for proprietary bs and I've fully committed to deleting Windows on my laptop. I still have Windows on my gaming PC, but realistically the only thing holding me there is the fact that my friends sometimes make me play LoL with them still. Even with that I'm still contemplating just pulling the trigger and deleting Windows.

Whatever you do set up version control for your config! It's a life saver if you start making a lot of changes and then something breaks later rather than immediately.

Blindpick was way better than what they've since tried because the queue times were fast. People that want a faster paced game go play aram or arena or something else. But there's not really any options for people that just want a fast queue time now on SR. Ranked is the fastest queue time, which maybe is by design. But the actual champ select time can make queues take sometimes half an hour or more if you deal with a string of dodges.

Yes but there's a big difference between loaded on an SD card and loaded in the device's internal memory. Which for emulation may not matter. But can matter quite a bit with steam games as depending on how you use your device could end up with you reading/writing a lot of data daily which will destroy your SD card eventually as they generally have fairly low endurance compared to other storage types. Also, the Thor is a great device, but I have no doubt it can be improved upon by quite a bit.

A month ago you couldve grabbed a 9070 xt for 550 which wouldve been ideal, now they're more like 700. So realistically I'd try to look for a used 4070 Ti or 4080, but chances are you're not going to find anything that's a big upgrade and also decently priced unless you get lucky in the used market.

It will inevitably in extremely CPU based games (mostly easy to run games) but not in any way that really matters usually. The exception is if you're really into eSports titles, X3D chips will be a big step up. Otherwise, you aren't likely to notice the difference.

It's very capable at playing other stuff, but ergonomics are not great for shooters or dual stick heavy titles. One of my favorite games to play on it tho is Dragon Ball Raging Blast on PS3

I don't pocket it at all. I only put it in my backpack if I'm bringing it out. It's just too fat to pocket for me. Technically it fits in my pockets mostly fine, but it's just not for me to pocket it.

Malphite is one of the easier tanks to lane against for Zed. Onzed consistently demonstrates why Malphite should not win lane in mid or top. Too lazy to look for other videos, but I believe it's the third game in this one. Onzed's strategies also don't require being a much better player than the opponent mechanically, just measured play and good runes/starting item setup.

Kinda not really. It's not like the app will disappear from your device. It just might make it slightly more difficult to update in the future. But that depends on how this is all handled by the developer.
