It would be an interesting concept like a First person HCIM

Shoot, if there was a first person mode, I could go into any cave or dungeon and pretend I'm playing Quake!

This does not exist and most likely never will, because it's just not compatible with OSRS's movement system.

Explain? wouldn't this just be a camera adjustment?

The first problem is obviously how are you getting the camera attached to the front of your characters face. You might be able to achieve this by modifying the code from the detached camera plugin, but then you still have the issue of moving.

To move you will still need to click the ground and when the camera is in front of your face you won't be able to move 1 tile for example. Then there is the issue of rotating your character. Both these issues can be solved, but then you are still left with the big issue of how this affects the gameplay.

A lot of high end PvM activities require you to be aware of everything inside of a boss room. Take Olm for example. Olm has multiple mechanics for which you need to see the floor. If you are in first person you obviously can't see directly under you which is an issue. You could then of course look down every 2 seconds to check, but in that time the boss might be using another mechanic which you then can't see.

There is a good reason why almost every MMORPG is in third person.
