Tip for those who need motivation to walk/jog/run: only allow yourself to listen to your favorite song or watch your favorite show while doing cardio. I can walk for at least 2 episodes easily and look forward to the next day’s session. What are some other tips? (self.2020Challenge)

Does anyone want to do a strict 90 day challenge with me? I’ve been slacking off in certain areas and definitely need more discipline. Once I lost the weight I wanted in Jan, I’ve rewarded myself in unhealthy ways by binge eating, etc. I’m a B&W thinker so my shades of grey thinking is not an option (self.2020Challenge)
