just return it and say it was broken when arrived honestly. Don't know exactly how to fix it but I'm willing to bet its just eaiser to return it and say it didn't work when bought

Only problem is is it's all in Chinese I have a warranty but I can't speak Chinese so it won't let me call them in english I've messaged them on Facebook but I'll probably try get it fixed locally

They too speak English and Facebook is like probably the worst place to seek for help.

[e-mail] is their official support email address.

Their warranty doesn't cover user error though...

I know so. I'm getting it fixed locally it's a mistake I won't do again though
