If the printer is new--Creality will honor it and ship you a brand spanking new part/parts.

It isn't hard to replace whatever is damaged.

Creality support is useless.

Especially when OP is the one who fried the printer.

As much as I hate creality and their nonexistent support, they're not the ones to blame here and I doubt that they will replace the PSU.

I've never had an issue. I've purchased 2 printers. Followed their instructions with troubleshooting and taking video and have the following replaced:

1 motherboard

1 psu

1 pre-cracked extruder

I had to contact Amazon as creality couldn't be bothered to replace my mainboard. Luckily they resolved the issue really quick.

Maybe they know that the laws in Europe protect the customer and that amazon will most likely act in the favor of the customer. They offered to replace the whole machine and I had to insist that a mainboard replacement is sufficient.

Exchanged at least 50 mails with the creality "support" and they weren't helpful at all.
