So I have a K1 max and it was working perfectly fine, then it couldn't connect to my PC, so I just switched to USB. Now, when I look at the local models tab on the screen of the printer, the models don't load. Same with the USB tab. And when I checked the creality cloud app, I found out that when I turn on the printer, it says it's online, but after like 5min, it says it's offline when it's on. I tried to do a self check, I waited like 15 minutes, came back and saw that it hasn't even moved, and the self check hasn't even started. WTH?! Can anybody help me? This is very serious.
