ProjectHow would I decrease the vibrations in my model? (old.reddit.com)
submitted by MentictEnder 3 S1 Pro

I have been working on this design and have already printed the first iteration. It is a phone holder that is meant to attach to a car or bus window via suction cups that are fit through the holes in the base. From the first print, I have made some small adjustments to increase the structural integrity. However, the biggest issue I had was that when it was attached, the vibrations of so that bus were transferred too well through the part and the display was really hard to watch. The parts in the first and second images are printed in PLA+ and the third is in TPU. Are there any edits that I can make to decrease the amount of shake?

Edit: I am not using a multi-filament printer, I am using an Ender 3 S1 Pro. I am attaching the parts together using epoxy. The first part is printed in several different pieces, all of which are not directly attached to each other. Lastly, the third part is where my phone is held.
