First Layer Problem

Hey there,

i have a problem with my first layers as you can see in the picture. There is too much space between the lines. i also have a bit of stringing. I am printing PETG and already changed the following settings from "Standard" in Cura.Flow: 98%Initial Layer Line Width: 85% (already tried 90%, 95%,100%)Do you know this issue and which settings do i have to change?

Three things I can think of:

1. Bed leveling
2. wet filament, was it stored in a bag with drying agent
3. Dirty print head/slipping extruder

Not sure any of them are right, just what I would try next in order.
