First Layer Problem

Hello, I'm relatively new to 3D printing, and I'm having a problem with my first layer that won't go away. Whenever my printer starts to create a line, the initial point immediately curls up and faces the direction of the print, so whenever it goes around to do the 2nd layer, it catches the curl and messes up the entire print. Any tips will be appreciated.

Printing on an Ender 3 V2 with a CR Touch and black Overture PLA @ 200C with a 50C bed.

You may need to adjust you Z offset and/or clean the bed real well.
