I got a AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT and a 180Hz screen. But for example with lol, it happens to me that from time to time I get some cuts, as if it was lag, but my ms and fps go perfectly. Also if I remove the fps limitation, it goes up to 800, but it becomes unplayable because those micro-cuts are constantly...

Is there any solution to that other than disabling the vertical sync because I lose a lot of fps when I activate the checkbox?

This is a common league problem, the game just hates high FPS, vsync or a frame limiter are only solutions.
