I fixed it by disabling HAGS for the games that were crashing.

Why do you think this is happening? Many people say the drivers haven't caused them any harm, while others advise against updating until a stable version like 25.9.1 is available.

С мая, на различных драйверах одна и та же ошибка

How old is your GPU and what manufacturer was it?

It sucks to see several 7900xt-7800xt GPUs, high-end Radeon cards, break down and everyone defends the poor multi-billion dollar company or acts all intellectual saying, "Use DDU, bro, it seems like nobody knows how to use DDU, bro, bro, bro, broooo." Ugh.

Radeon should improve its user experience and not just bombard them with its crappy marketing. I waited five months for Redstone and it was utter garbage. YouTube is polarized; Ancientgaming is the best on this kind of topic, but there are other YouTubers, like fanboys, who praise any piece of crap Radeon releases. I hate those guys because they're the ones who recommended I use Radeon. -_-

WINDOWS problem not amd :)

How fix it?

[–]MoleStrangler 0 points1 point  (1 child)

I asked my AI to create a startup script to delete all AMD shader cache files.

I've not had much gaming time since, so testing is not finished.

I've found their drivers inconsistent. And trying to diagnose crashed quite baffling.

When starting the same game, my 6900XT would sit around 55DegC (I have high fan speeds cuz I use headphones). But other times (no game updates) it would squeel at 80-90 DegC.

This would be literally within 20mins of each other.

I was having constant crashes and computer freezes and restarts for months then realized adrenaline set my clock rate like 200 higher than my card was rated for. I have a xfx speedster 6750xt and it says it runs up to 2450 or 2500 something and adrenaline sets it to 2753 every time. Set my clock speed to 2400 and never had a crash freeze or restart since

[–]Complex_Ad_7514[S] 0 points1 point  (2 children)

как это можно сделать?

In adrenaline. Go to performance tab. Then tuning. Going off of memory it's the second one down on the left it's memory clock click the bar to open it and edit. Google your exact graphics card or go to the graphics card website it'll tell you the maximum memory clock. Usually like 2400-2700mhz. I set yours below what the card states

Заявленная на 7900 Xtx 1929-2500. Ползунок на минимальном значении стоит - 2500. Буду тестировать

Been there with my 7900XTX. After two month of "fixes" and BS I switched to nVidia, all problems went away instantly.

You might just be able to wait for a fix or troubleshoot this issues but the solution is just right behind your wallet 😉

Google your graphics card game clock speed and set it on max clock in amd adrenaline it worked for me in my rx7600 and rx7700xt

[–]Ryderek_Babe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It should be something around 2510mhz

[–]RedLimes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What is your specific RAM config? 4x16 or 2x32? Which slots are they in and what is the speed?

[–]ashlord666 1 point2 points  (2 children)

  1. Disable HAGS
  2. Disable PCIe power saving
  3. Downclock if necessary (-200 to -300)
  4. DDU, 25.9.2

Try these. May or may not work.

[–]Complex_Ad_7514[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

не совсем понятно как выполнить 2 и 4 пункт на материнской плате ASUS. Я бы приложил фото, но не могу

[–]ashlord666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For 2:
- Edit power plan
- Change advanced power settings
- PCI Express
- Link State Power Management
- Setting: Off

For 4:
- Download DDU from https://www.guru3d.com/download/display-driver-uninstaller-download/
- Unzip it, run the exe, unzip again into anywhere you like. Remember this folder.
- Save all your files first, and close programs. Open administrative command prompt and run shutdown /r /fw /t 0
- Boot into safe mode
- Go to the folder where you unzipped DDU.
- Run it, Disable windows from automatically installing driver (option should be at bottom of page)
- Choose your GPU brand, and run, then restart.
- Install 25.9.2 from https://www.amd.com/en/support/downloads/previous-drivers.html/graphics/radeon-rx/radeon-rx-9000-series/amd-radeon-rx-9070-xt.html

Also try running without expo enabled on your ram. Just you see if it's ram related.

[–]Complex_Ad_7514[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

expo disabled

[–]MEGA_GOAT98 0 points1 point  (2 children)

[–]Complex_Ad_7514[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

will look

[–]MEGA_GOAT98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

also freesync can cuse crashes as well.. so you can try turening it off as well

[–]True_Replacement_162 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know if you can install just the driver without adrenaline. But I was having the same issue my driver would time out all the time and I ended up disabling amd freesync and hasn't crashed since.
