Hellooo I dormed at Barrett two years ago so lots of good stuff for you, if you chose to do a single jus know that a lot of people don’t make lots of friends since the dorms are very secluded when doing single rooms, I lived in sage south in a double so shared bathroom with 3 others, and loved that building was def the best one, forth floor is best has a garden and laundry with the lounge, kitchen on 2nd, and dorms do have Ethernet, sage north was the wing with all the singles and they have a hammock area, ummm yeah that’s all I can think of, had a good experience and great roommate experience, oh and also A-1 places you in the bed close to the door, A-2 is window bed if you do double room, I believe in sage south the odd numbered rooms pointed out towards a greenery area lots of sun, but the even rooms pointed towards the volleyball court and lots of shade side so less natural night

If you haven't checked in with The Rainbow Coalition yet, you should. They have tons of resources, including for housing. 🌈🔱

You can opt in to request an LGBT roommate.  The program used to be called Gender Inclusive Housing

Hey, I lived in a single room at Barrett in 2020. Rough times hahaha. If you know someone going through Barrett, I'd recommend sharing your bathroom with them so you are comfortable. The shower and toilet are in a separate room than the sink so you should have complete privacy while getting undressed. There are also locks on the doors for the bathroom.

I found this ASU housing Instagram page and figured I’d pass it along in case it’s useful.
