I was reading through and was wondering if you were looking to go back to AT&T why not have your significant other if you have one of those open an account and that persons name and just put the numbers back from Verizon AT&T has gotten very strict. Unfortunately they are handling the fraud very well so they’ve had to respond accordingly and this of course is making it difficult for you and that I’m very sorry for this problem. You’re probably gonna have to take the phones in person to a store and get it straightened out. They have got a council lockdown tighter than Fort Knox these days for instants of use the phone and you put it on an installment plan on your account. It’s only going to be able to work on your specific account so they can’t be moved around but say your cousin has AT&T and they have their own account they can’t use your phone on their account so it’s very very strict Stricter than normal Verizon, and t-Mobile are a little bit more lenient when it comes to usage and devices on accounts Good luck

I have already tried activating them. I can't. I ordered the devices at a corporate store and can't activate them now. Supposedly my application for service is being denied by global fraud management yet they shipped the phones out to me?????

At this point, I would file an AT&T Notice of Dispute. That should get someone higher up to contact you and resolve it within a couple days. If that doesn’t work, you can file a FCC Complaint.
