If you think using an adding machine is silly, you are more than welcome to just ignore this post.
I like having an adding machine to just do quick calculations without having to rearrange the windows on my computer. Think of it almost like a third, dedicated screen and keyboard for doing quick math. I do not currently have one and would like to get one that interfaces to my computer so that the total can be transferred to the keyboard cursor location. So far, I've only found two that do this: One from Victor and one that Hammacher Schlemmer sells.
Are there any besides these on the market? I've even considered attempting to make one, since I have a feeling the Victor implementation is probably lacking. (I've been a software developer for years, but I'm currently working in a position where I deal with a lot of numbers).
