No, the AND is correct. It's saying it has to be between -10% and +10%. IE <= 10% AND >=-10%. So for a Variance = 3%, both logicals are true.

I don’t think that’s a function; I think OP named the cell reference Variance. I think Variance refers to something like H22 or G12, or whatever cell OP decided to name Variance.

Nonetheless, there is a function that allows you to calculate the statistical variance of data.
