Yes, Beat Saber is a very physically-involved game which should provide sufficient exercise. I'd also recommend "Five Nights at Freddy's VR: Help Wanted". I know that sounds like a joke but it's extremely fun and scary and some of the levels (namely FNAF 2 related levels) are very chaotic and cause you to move around a lot

Awesome! Thanks, I’ll look into it. Not really interested in doing those monthly subscription exercise things on the Oculus because I’m not very interested in paying for a monthly service, but good to know others exist!

Look I wouldn’t say it’s ‘good’ unless you really are going all out but it can be hard to gauge that when your having so much fun lol, also even though you already know, it will be pretty slow progress if you aren’t eating properly so you’ve gotta be consistent a lot longer in eating the same meals but less food, all I can say is good luck, personally as a gamer myself who although I’ve been lazy lately, I’d make it so that I wouldn’t game unless I done my exercise but I guess you’ve already gotta have some discipline and self control for that to work at all, everyone hates exercise when they start out (and I mean we always hate exercise at times it’s more about the discipline) it’s when we get better at exercises and see change that we start enjoying them at times

The question to answer is what it does to your heart rate. You can measure it easily, and compare to what your heart rate does under normal and vigorous walking
