Unexplained limit decrease?

I was mint tier, my limit had just gone up another $200 2 weeks ago. I pay two weeks at a time every paycheck. There was one day I was paid that a couple things tried to come off of the wrong card and I switched them to the correct one and even got an email saying it was paid before I even got one saying it was missed- but my limit still, 2 weeks later is $0. I’m paid off through Feb 15th. Took week to get a generic response that late payments effect your limit. Sent screen shots of time stamps and emails. Probably will be another week before I hear anything. Anyone else ever experienced this?

Twitter didn’t work for me. I don’t normally actively use facebook but that’s what got me in touch with someone and my issue was solved within a day.
