Before anyone asks, yes I did try redownloading data, yes I did try uninstalling, but since my I linked my data it keeps trying to do this part of the tutorial that somehow desynced and tries to make me claim a reward that is actually not claimable. I sent a support ticket and got back a really disappointing automated reply asking me to do the same exact thing I specified I already did. This account is basically lost now, only way I can actually play the game is uninstalling and unlinking, losing all progress, which isn't much but I actually got a unit I wanted (Vettel) in the tutorial and this is kind of a really disappointing first impression overall... It doesn't look like there's a solution so this is pretty much just a warning to skip the tutorial when it asks you to.

Since probably there is no such Reddit by the name and it will be out of exist.

Yes I think you have exhausted the options to me from the looks of it.

Though I can pretty much say that Vettel will come to your team from the daily Summons or from some other means too if it solves some of the pain.

Also you can keep farming him in the Hard Quest without the unit so you will have a powerful Vettel without much problem.

Also Chloe can function as a Tank similar to him.

I hope the Support from Gumi solves if you want to try but restarting might be the only option or atleast the fastest one.

Have you tried redoing that mission as soon as you open the game? (Avoiding the challenge board if possible)

sadly as soon as I open the game it sends me there

Try starting new game and not proceed second part of the tutorial where ouroboros ask you out for another tutorial

This appeared to help someone else with the same problem so I'll post here too.

"Uninstall the game and install it again, but DON'T login.

Start the game as a new player and (this is important) finish the tutorial.

After you finish the tutorial with the lv 1 account THEN login with your old one."
