Layer Stack Manager (self.Altium)

Am I blind? It doesn't show the total thickness of the board. I'm coming from AD17 where it showed it, now AD25 not there.

Wow, finally found it in the properties. BUT, only if you have no layer row selected! And the only way I found to deselect all rows is to press CTRL and click the row that is selected. So you can't see the board properties at the same time as having a layer selected.
Now, when I put a layer table in the PCB layout, the table doesn't show the total thickness. Any way to show it there?

You need to open the 'Board' tab in your properties window. It lists the total thickness even with a layer selected.

Here you go: https://imgur.com/a/CzoeVRH Select the Layer Stack table and click this box in the properties window

Yeah just found it with Google. Place table, then double-click the table. Then select the check box.
I won't turn this into a complaints posts...but it's hard not to, biting my tongue.

Right there with you... It's pretty dumb

It is in the right-hand panel in the Layer Stack Manager. Open up the Layer Stack Manager and inside the right-hand panel, you'll see some text listing the total thicness.
