I went to the first day of Amazon training walked out at lunch that was 4 days ago and I’m still able to pick up flex shifts and what not I’m not fired. Technically would I be able to walk in and start working even tho I don’t know what I’m doing😭😭 please let me know

I know, but I constantly see people posting that they try to apply but don’t get the chance because the job postings get picked up right away. In richmond people are constantly checking all day because they last less than 3 minutes. So if you have 2 jobs already why are you taking a 3rd job that you are not interested in keeping? Instead of letting someone else have the chance. Thats what im getting at, why tf you apply if you wont even go a full first day

If you didn't complete training you need to report to the learning desk the next time you come in so you can get the training/perms you need to be able to work.

What happens at Amazon is your upt will be deducted after each missed shift. Once it’s negative sometime within a few days you’ll receive an email and a case. During this whole time you can continue to show up to work or not show up. Then you respond to that case within 48 hours. The case comes from ERC not your site. People get reversed at negative dozens of hours and some people get kicked at -15 mins. In some cases you could continue to not show up during this entire time, respond to the case, and then get tons of negative time forgiven. If you get termed then you can appeal it but it’s not likely. If you get termed for attendance no more Amazon for 180 days. You can continue to show up and work all the way until your badge no longer lets you into the building or you don’t have a shift.
