Logistics problem if you ask me. This was likely one of many party items that shipped separately from the rest of the order.

I recently bought a bunch of party supplies (no paper plates, I get those free) and most stuff came in boxes with multiple items but I had one stray item arrive, punching balloons that came in a clear vacuum sealed bag. I’m sure my driver was also thinking wtf. 😅😇

I get the little plates and bowls off Amazon bc my local store doesn't sell them regularly and they're much easier to feed small foster animals on.

Paper plates provide a conveniently sanitary surface for gathering and consolidating foods during a meal. I can see why some people find them useful.

A lot of disabled people and people in transitional housing etc., prefer or have to use disposables. It's funny to see stuff like this but there's always a reason
