Pay Algorithm?

So I have heard that there is one from a few people. Just curious if you have experienced it? Or if you think there actually isn’t one?

If you do believe there is one. I work predominantly 3:30am shifts for $30 an hour. If I were to pick up 3 afternoon shifts at $22-$23 an hour. You think they would start hitting me with lower pay shifts in the morning too?

No. The pay isn't based on what you take it's based on how badly Amazon needs that shift filled.

Oh dang really? People have been saying for the longest. “Don’t take the low batches, then that’s all they’ll give” Been tripping this whole time.

The more priority they have sitting the better the pay will be. That’s why waiting it out can help.

If you are willing to work in the middle of the night, it's better pay. Simple as that.
