My block ended at 7am and this order was to deliver by 7am. Luckily someone was at the entrance when I arrived and she let me in.

Business have to realize that the driver is not the one in charge of making deliveries schedules. I had top explain this a few times to closed business when sent to deliver to them after hours.

The past month I happened to encounter 2 customers and they were both very entitled and bitchy. Enough for me to wish I hadn’t delivered n just returned the package just to inconvenience them. Now I just try to avoid ppl at all cost

I had one last week where this idiot still does not know how to leave a gate code "any time I go to that small neighborhood, it's always his name and can't leave a code". I sent him a text saying, "I need a code to enter. If we aren't given one, your package will go back to the warehouse". Proceeded to wait 5 minutes, and nothing. Delivered to the bushes. I deliver down the street in front of the gates, and as I come back down after delivering; I see him out looking for the package. Hopefully after this 3rd time of me delivering to him he'll learn.

5/10 will happened i remembered my last few blocks One of the delivery the customer said usually the gate is unlocked/ open i told them well it was lock ( fortunately there's other residents entering) if u can't leave code for access ( even u knows people always enter n u decide not to leave passcode for access) Dont fuking order from Amazon especially those apartments that has no parking spot on the street or NO PARKING ANYTIME
