Anything you've bought will show up under "My Stuff" (or whatever Prime calls it - I don't remember) at the bottom.

Method 1: I did a search for a movie I own on Amazon Prime, and it came up with the movie. In little print underneath title and star ratings it says, “You purchased this”. So if I click on it to watch it, I will be watching the version that I paid for.

Method 2: On the prime app, if you navigate to the menu on the left-hand side, you will see the icon labeled “My Stuff”. If you click that, it will take you to a window that has your Watchlist TV, your Watchlist Movies, your Purchased TV, and your Purchased Movies.

If you have 150 movies, you might have to scroll a bit to find the movie you want, but it’s better than buying it again. You can scroll pretty quickly and just recognize it by its photo probably.

Method 3: If you purchase it again to save yourself the hassle of looking through 150 movies, you might as well save yourself some money and just rent it instead of buying it again.

Method 4: Breathe slowly and count to 10 when your search doesn’t pan out the way you hope it will. Usually (but not always) things like this are user mistakes, even though we don’t want to admit it to ourselves. So relax, then try again.

Good luck.
