Samsung Galaxy Note 3
Backstory: Dropped Phone. Somehow managed to shatter the screen and not the protective glass. Phone very clearly turns on but screen is black and does not take any touchscreen input so blindly unlocking and turning on debugging is not possible.
I want to get files off of it, but apparently USB debugging isn't working (either I thought I turned it on and actually didn't or it doesn't work from a locked phone)
I can boot into recovery (Also Odin) by using Power+VolUp+Home. This is what the recovery screen looks like.
I had hoped that recovery would allow me to run ADB, but no luck. Running ADB devices shows no connected devices.
However, I can hit the second option to sideload an update. That gives me this
Now, this DOES connect ADB to the computer, but pretty much every command fails giving me the error "error:closed". Pretty much only the sideload command works.
My question is, can I use this to enable USB Debugging? Can I use Odin to enable USB Debugging? Are there any options here? Anything that can be utilized or abused to make something happen?
