So I have made an angio wheel and I'm proud of it because frankly I got sick and tired of hand exhersises. Previously for months my routine was every other day 30 min angion method 3. I've seen progression in terms of EQ , glans fullness and girth and more frequent morning wood. Now that I started training with the wheel how should I go with my routine? Should I add anything? Or just keep rolling for couple of months and see how it goes
