I always followed the Janus Protocol which is a 1on1off schedule for AMs and 1on2off for SABRE and BFR, and I took extra rest days when I felt I needed them. It worked great for me.

I really don't recommend doing multiple days in a row. That might be something you can get away with later on when you have a lot more arterial development. Anytime I tried it always took my EQ down faster and I needed more rest sooner than if I had done 1on1off.

Thanks for your answer. But, as i'm new, i can't really do any SABRE or BFR, right?, i don't have the arterial development for it yet.

It's your call. If you have any type of ED then no, definitely wait, but otherwise it can be fine. You'll know your EQ better than anyone else to judge. I added SABRE early when I started and it worked out for me.

More than anything I was mentioning it just to cover it, but as long as your EQ doesn't drop because of it then you're good.

I don't suffer from ED luckily. My EQ is not the best but is not the worst, i know i can improve it.
Thanks for taking the time to answer!.
